For those who don't know what a Hidden Mickey is, here's a brief explanation.
Throughout Disneyland and now, Disney's California Adventure, one can find lots of Mickey images that are hidden - not obvious.

As the car is leaving the building, and the ride is pretty much over, you go through a set of doors. The whole place has dripping honey painted all around - the walls, the floor, the ceiling. On the right door, very large and very obvious is a breast, made out of honey.

What I find really funny is that a Disney spokesperson told the reporter that the Hidden Mickeys thing "is definitely a secret" - yet here he was, talking about it!
The "official" stance had always been, "there are no Hidden Mickeys". ToonTown - entrance
At the entrance to ToonTown, as you're walking under the bridge, look to your left (entering ToonTown). There are big cement posts, painted yellow, with rocks embedded in them. The 2nd post on the left has two Hidden Mickeys (2 sets of 3 rocks in a Mickey shape.)

Another Pinnochio Mickey. Near the end of the ride, when Pinnochio is back home, just as your car in nearing the end of the attraction, look to the left at the fireplace. Above it is a ship in a bottle. There's a Hidden Mickey there!

Critter Country - Winnie the Pooh ride
When you're inside the ride, as you go past sleeping Pooh bear in his bedroom, you're looking through a window or little doorway. Look at the wood frame. Just above the bottom of the window you'll see some rocks - in the left hand, bottom corner of the window. Three rocks are Hidden Mickeys.

Tomorrowland
Walk into the shop at the exit of Star Tours - it's between the entrances to Star Tours & Space Mountain. Better yet, ride Star Tours, then browse in the shop after the ride is over.
Take a look at the display stands near the entrance. There are little holes stamped into the stands - in Hidden Mickey shapes.

Front Gates of Disneyland
Just after you give the cast member your ticket and enter the park, turn around. Look back at the cast member. The metal boxes, right in front of where the cast members stand, have speaker holes with metal mesh covering them. They are all in Mickey shapes!

In the last room, as you're nearing the bridge your car will go under, on the left, look for a flying skeleton dog/reindeer thingy. (I haven't seen the movie, can you tell?)

Get on the ride. In the last room - the big one - towards the end (where you go under a bridge), but not quite at the end, there is a dog-reindeer-skeleton-thing holding a plate with cups of, we assume, cocoa on it. Three of the four cups are in a Mickey shape.
It's pretty high - about 10 feet above the car.

Haunted Mansion (Nightmare Before Christmas)
If you're at Disneyland while the Haunted Mansion is decorated for Halloween/Christmas, be sure to visit! This is a very fun attaction.
After you first enter the building, you'll be directed to a little room. You all pile in the room, then the door closes. The ceiling appears to stretch (I won't give out secrets here.) Walk over to the GoCoaster, as though you are going to ride it. Actually, get in line. The line starts between Mickey's driveway and Daffy Duck's boat. The line wraps around, and is surrounded by walls with blue rocks in them. Go all the way down the line until the first turn in the line. When you leave the GoCoaster, as you near Mickey's driveway, look to your left. There is a streetlamp that is shaped like a box. Black metal, mostly, and some black metal goes across the glass. Well... on each panel are two halves of a Hidden Mickey - the Mickey wraps around each corner of the lamp.

Outside the front gates.
Look at the trees. Go up to a tree. Notice the metal protective supports around the base of the trees. At the top, are little bolts. The bolts are Hidden Mickeys.
We walked by these about 60 times before one of the kids noticed.

Tomorrowland
Get on the AstroOrbiter ride (the rockets). While in the air, look down at the lights. There are 3 lights on big orbs on poles. They are in an upside-down Mickey shape.
Most easy to spot when you're halfway up or halfway down.
If come in the evening, you probably won't have to wait so long in line.

Back to the front gates of Disneyland.
Walk over to the ticket booths, and look just above the windows. This is considered "decor", but there it is - a Mickey above each window, ready to greet you as you get ready to enter the park.

In your car, next to the steering wheel, notice the instrument cluster - 3 guages in a sideways Mickey pattern.
While you're on your trip, be careful to avoid the snakes, cockroaches, and rolling boulders.

In the CarToon Spin, just when you enter the room (in line), look to the left. There is a pile of props. (CarToon Spin looks like a movie set with the backstage area being the line.)
In the pile of props is a hubcap for a car. A cute Mickey is in the center of it, stamped into the metal. Before you enter Disneyland, near the Guest Relations booth, there are some blue poles. The poles have a swirly design on them. There are Hidden Mickeys in the design. Easy to spot once you've noticed the design itself. But we walked by these poles 50 times before noticing the design.
Look for it!

Get on the ride. When you enter the first room, turn around and look behind you. There is a table against the door, right next to the entrance. On the table is a big white doily.
The doily has a Mickey shape right on the front!

Back to Mickey's House. On his piano, we spotted the Hidden Mickey in the metronome. But inside the player piano, on the scrolling paper, instead of notes, we find tons of little Hidden Mickeys.
Very cute!
While you're there, have a seat in front of his cartoons playing on his little black-and-white tv. It's very cool in there, and a nice place to take a break!

My favorite Hidden Mickey is the first Hidden Mickey I personally discovered on my own, without anyone telling me about it beforehand.
In line for the Indiana Jones ride, you will walk through passageways that look like they are part of an excavation site into an ancient temple. This is my favorite Hidden Mickey.
Look in the Haunted Mansion - in the room with the ghosts dancing. There is a table in the room all set and ready for dinner. One of the plates has two smaller plates sitting next to it, in a Mickey shape!

Mickey has a cute little house in ToonTown. That's where he lives! He's got a little metronome on the player piano in his den. The hand on the metronome has a little Hidden Mickey shape on it.

In Fantasyland, waiting in line at the Alice in Wonderland ride, there is a big yellow mushroom behind the cast members who run the ride.
On the stem of the mushroom are brown spots. Three of these brown spots are in the shape of Mickey!
You can see them while you're waiting in line.

(We actually found about 10 of them, but here is the first one we spotted):
Before you enter the parks, when you are in the area between Disney's California Adventure and Disneyland, there are kiosks where you can purchase your tickets. Outside of one of these kiosks are 3 manhole covers in a Mickey pattern. It's really obviously a hidden Mickey when you see it.

In Innoventions (Tomorrowland), there is a GM display with a GM SUV that does all sorts of fun stuff, like practically drive itself. Around the car you will find a number of hoses. Some of these hoses are coiled in Mickey shapes. You know... a round head with two round ears.
That's Hidden Mickey #1 for you!
